Feedback, complaints and advocacy

Your rights and your voice

You can speak up about your support, ask questions and get independent help.

Choose the option that feels right for you

You do not have to contact Shared Support Journey before speaking with the NDIS Commission or an independent advocate. A family member, friend or advocate can help you raise a concern.

Talk with Shared Support Journey

You can share feedback or raise a concern directly with Susan. Ask for the complaints process, how your concern will be handled and how you will be kept informed.

Email Susan

Tell us if you need an interpreter, communication support or another way to contact us. Please ask for a suitable private channel before sending sensitive documents.

Get independent advocacy

An advocate can help you understand your rights, express your wishes or raise a concern. The organisations below are separate from Shared Support Journey.

You can contact them directly. Ask about eligibility, the issues they can help with and current availability.

Questions about an NDIA decision

NDIS access and funding decisions are made by the NDIA, not the NDIS Commission. If you disagree with a decision, check the review process promptly because time limits apply.
