Why Shared Support Journey
Nine registered classes of NDIS support, audited against national standards.
A local organisation with its head office in Elizabeth Park.
Daily living, community, employment and coordination can work together.
How it works
No diagnosis, plan documents or private health details are needed to enquire.
Send an enquiry or give us a call. All we need to begin is your name and the best way to reach you.
We talk through what you are looking for, what is working now, and what you want to be different.
We explain which of our services fit, who would be involved, and what it would look like week to week.
Support begins at a pace that suits you, and we keep checking that it still fits as things change.
For coordinators and plan managers
Send only your own contact details online. We will arrange an appropriate channel for any participant or plan information once we are in contact.
