About Shared Support Journey

How it works

Getting support starts with a conversation

No diagnosis, plan documents or private health details are needed to enquire.

  1. You get in touch

Send an enquiry or give us a call. All we need to begin is your name and the best way to reach you.

  2. We listen

We talk through what you are looking for, what is working now, and what you want to be different.

  3. We plan the supports together

We explain which of our services fit, who would be involved, and what it would look like week to week.

  4. Support starts, and keeps adjusting

Support begins at a pace that suits you, and we keep checking that it still fits as things change.
